  1. Yes. It's easier to swallow, easier to break down, and it's good if you want to eat in moderation.


  2. Yes, better for your digestive system. People tend to not chew well enough, everything is rush rush, eat quickly. When you don't chew well you don't trigger your salivary glands to work, and the rest of your digestive system will have to work harder to digest what you have wolfed down.

  4. yes,as it makes easier in chewing and swallowing.apart from that big size dishes doesn't looks gr8 in eating in big amount along with above key points.

    it also looks bad and gives a wrong impression about u.
