BOTH!  WHY??

Its a sport cuz it physical sport, it takes a lot of worK!! Most people dont realize it..it requires technique, stamina, and talent just like most sports. Dancers train most of their life, years of dance, you have to be in the most fit condition.

ITs an art...because it a beautiful way of expressing yourself. It has a deep meaning...you can say nethang you want through dancing. You create a story, emotion, and pitcure. It all about emotions, grace and poise.

Dance is definently both.

All dancers have to work just as hard in class and on stage as a football player or a basketball player have to in a practice or a game. It takes strength and agility to be able to be strong and gracefull at the same time.

Dance is also and art for sure. Dancers express themselves creatively through movements to music. The many different styles represent cultures in an artistic way. It is fun to preform and watch.
