Is dave and busters worth it?

i live in CT, we don't have a dave and busters here. but ironically there is one in rhode island (the smallest state!!) anyways, it's not that long of a drive, only 1 hour 15 min. i've seen there comercials, and it looks really fun, do you thinkit is worth the long drive? thanks

Nah. It's okay, but not worth that drive.

If you are going with a big bunch of friends, maybe.

Yes, it is worth the drive! Especially the virtual robot game. Also, if you like basketball and racing it is fun to compete against your friends. Mind you, it does become a bar/club atmosphere and if you are not (I believe) 18 or 21, you will be told to leave. So, if you are under, go early.

WOW I HAVE ONE 15 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE AND BEEN THERE TWICE ONLY CAUSE I'VE BEEN INVITED.ITS POINTLESS AND THEY RIP YOU OFF . YOU HAVE TO BUY THIS CREDIT CARD LOOKING THING AND THEN YOU HAVE TO BUY POINTS TO GO ON THE CAR SO YOU CAN PLAY THE GAMES ! ITS A JOKE.

AND TO WASTE ALL THAT GAS TO GO TO AN ARCADE.

DONT DO IT ! OF COURSE THE COMERICALS LOOKS FUN. OH THAN TO WRAP IT ALL UP...YOU GET THESE TICKETS,AND YOU HAVE TO STAND IN THIS FOREVER LONG LINE THEY WAY YOUR TICKETS TELL YOU HAVE MUCH YOU HAVE THEN YOU GO INTO THIS CLOSET LOOKING THING AND THERES PRIZES THERE WHICH ARE HORRIBLE,FAKE TATTOOS,TEDDY BEARS,AND PENS!

If you want to drive all that way just to go to an arcade and have a bite to eat then yeah. If I didn't have a place around me like that then I would travel for it because I love to travel. I don't know about you.

Oh my God, yes it is! I usually HATE arcades...but it's so much better than that. The food is decently price and good quality...very tasty :)

the first person is right about one thing it is like a giant chucky cheese but all wrong about everything else. . . the games are soooo much fun and they have every game you can imagine shooting, racing, ect. but if you are going there for prizes there are certain games like the wheal of fort. which are good but beware if you don't get enough tickets for something good if you play point suckers . . . and some of the prizes are really crappy but it is so much fun if you just go to play and not to win tickets

Eh, I went there for a work party, We had alot of fun. But im not really into the arcade games, or anytime of games like that. if you like games, and arcade kind of things then it is DEFINITLY worth it!
