Is david gallop a useless twit?

He always goes on about nrls bright future and everything is looking positive for the nrl, but he never gives a direct answer. From what ive seen he hasnt helped the nrl much(maybe that's my fault), but do you think he should be sacked??

I don't know about a twit but it would appear as if he fiddles whilst the NRL burns!!!  He is letting the grass grow under the NRL's feet, the game is being attacked from all sides and he justs sits there and tells us how well things are going, David, get on your horse and Gallop off into the sunset!!!

i agree he has done nothin to help league at all. his veiw on fixin things is wait and let it fix itself. he has no vision for the future and as a league supporter that worries me. sack the twit and get a new board, i see that as the only way to get league back up to the way it was during the 80s-90s.

Just getting a straight answer from him would be good, but he likes to beat around the bush.  In the interview with Andrew Voss on the Footy show, he couldn't even give him a "Yes" or "No" answer.  So, I'd rather see someone in the job that is going to tell people point blank, "we're doing this, on this date and will be in affect by this time"!!!  Not someone who says, "work is in progress, but we'll have to see what eventuates, it hasn't been decided as yet"!!!  No wonder c**p drags out as long as it does.  To me theres too many suits sitting in that boardroom talking s@*t.  Sack them all !!!!

the nrl needs to take a step backwards and bring back the biff as long as its only shoulder high,also the scrums need to be as they were when the push was  the norm and when specialist hookers had a role to play ,they are now just another player ,and yes david gallop is a plonker

You have to be joking, David Gallop has done so much good for the NRL its not funny.. straight from wikipedia mate.. lol- (Since taking over as Chief Executive, he has seen the game enjoy increased financial stability at club level, closer on-field competition through the effective policing of the salary cap, strong commercial growth and record crowd figures for three years running.) and you call that not helping lol the game is in a bit of a rut that he is fixing, it doesnt happen overnight and he has guidelines and rules to follow too.Im confident he will turn things around in the very near future
