I need to know how to get rid of excess water that is causing me to bloat

  1. I know its better for u than regular caffinated green tea because most decafs are. Maybe u should drink cranberry juice to pee more regular.


  2. Not enough to take care of bloating, no. If you're trying to balance the fluids in your system, there are a few herbs that can help with that like Yellow Sweet Clover (usually the most powerful one), Buchu Leaf, Parsley Leaf, Uva Ursi Leaf, and/or Juniper Berry. Good luck!

  3. Decaf green tea -- decaf anything -- has caffeine in it (just less caffeine) and caffeine is a diuretic.  

    As for your bloating, in my opinion you should see a doctor and not try to treat this yourself.  Diuretics (the ones that will have a significant effect on bloating, if that is indeed what you have) are dangerous to self-medicate with.
