  1. He is having a better season than he was last year as he has adjusted to he is 14-2 with an ERA under 3.  He did pretty good last year. Yes, he may walk a lot, but over the course of the season he has gotten better.  You should elaborate on why you do not think he is worth the uber millions he is getting paid.  I rather see him on this side rather than the Yanks or *sigh* Tampa Bay

  2. hes goood ill giv him tht but cmon he walks lyk wut 3-4 a game i mean some guys walk 1 a gam and dont forget last year he was 15-12 with a ERA of over 4.00 80BB and gav up 100 runs all 100 of them earned. the only plus last season was 201 Ks thts it he a bust

  3. No... he's a great pitcher! 14-2 this year with a 2.74 era. I say that's impressive.

  4. VERY overrated

  5. yea he is

  6. not even...hes having an awesoem season...hes jsut still gettting adjusted to the MLB...next year...h**l have 20 wins or more =]

  7. Dice-K is 14-2 with an ERA of 2.74 through 21 starts. Sure he walks alot of batters, but the numbers speak for themselves. Would you rather pay Pedro Martinez' contract and have him on the DL half the year?

  8. No, he's UNDERRATED.

You don't even hear about him in Cy Young talks, and he should at least be included in the race.

  9. yes.I am a sox fan but he is so lucky. Hes walked the bases loaded 12 times and has gotten out of the gam.

  10. Hes worth it as long as he eats his TUNA!

  11. I'm a big Yankees fan and as much as I would love to say he is overated, you can't say a player that is 14-2 is overated.

  12. hes good not great true he has a great ERA and lots of wins but he also has lots of walks

  13. He is having a great year.

As far as money, the Red Sox and Yankees are both known for overpaying teams anyways.  Sure he ain't worth the money, but there ain't a salary cap in baseball.

  14. Yeah he was expensive, but he has been a very good pitcher and is nearly unhittable. His big problem this year has been control, he has a habit of allowing baserunners then having to throw too many pitches to get out innings and therefore put a strain on the bullpens by coming out of games too early

  15. I think alot of the Red Sox are overrated Him,Ellsbury, and Pedroia
