Diet pop is actually much worse for you. It contains aspartame, a chemical that, when in the presence of a small amount of sugar, tricks your mind into thinking that what you are eating tastes sweet. Aspartame turns into formaldehyde and other deadly chemicals when digested by your body. Formaldehyde alone can cause cancer, headaches, and tons of other problems.

They are both bad in different ways.  Study up on artificial sweeteners.  Personally, I can't have nutrasweet because it gives me chest pains.  Drink it in moderation, is my suggestion.

NO... I had a friend who almost died from deinkin diet soda. It has this chemical in it that can make u sleepy and over a period of time can make you sick.  Be carerful

yes but as long as you are not pregnant.. research and doctors from teaching hospitals tell pregnant women do not ever use a sugar substitute.. causes blindness and spina bifida in unborn babies.. of course doctors in smaller towns and hospitals won`t tell you that..

They are both bad but study actually shows that diet sodas will eventually ame you gain more weight because you get hungrier when you drink diet compare to drinking reg soda.

I heard that diet drinks actually cause you to gain weight. It is a conspiracy, see you drink diet drinks and gain weight then you will keep buying them forever! Only drink things with all sugar and you will loose weight..

You've got to be fairly stupid to put that stuff in your body.
