healh wise i mean. im trying to drop some pounds. and i heard if you stop drinking pop or start drinking diet pop, then that will help you loose weight (with excersice and healthy eatting habits of course!) but then i read a study that said diet pop can cause cancer? and i dont want to be fat or get cancer! but i LOVE pop! i can go about a week without it, but sometimes it taste sooo good with certain foods! i am not going to ban pop from my life, but i am going to cut down....so when i treat myself to a nice cold pop....do you think it should be regular? or diet? (idc about the taste or which one tastes better...im talking about HEALTH wise....)
