  1. Proper dieting wid  right exercise can only help. crash dieting is only a temporary solution. u shud consult a physician or a nutritionst(preferably), to know the correct diet plan wich suits ur body.never ever practice ny diets given in webs or books widout consulting ur doctor...

    Dat may land u in problemsss.

      In my view dieting 'll b benificial only if u take ny proffessional help and do exercise at least thrice a week .

      For exercising u need n't go 2 ny gym but 1/2 hor of walking a day will fetch u d results.........

  4. dieting is just a temporary fix. avoid it. instead try a few exercises like walking,jogging,swimmngcycling,etc....

         try and avoid eating large meals. eat 5-6 small portions thru the day. cut down on fried stuff n sweets.

  9. one way dieting is a correct way of losing weight... but u cannot completely depend on starving urself.. this is bcos once ur body detects a low food period.. for certain amount of time it uses the fat reserves.. but later it starts storing fat and starts burning proteins which can harm the body... so instead of starving u can maintain a standard diet whilst also doin some exercise!!:)

  13. hey dieting in a proper manner wont be harmful.but it would be better if you go for sum exercising to lose your weight.While you diet make sure you have included all the essential nutrients in your diet.

    You have to change how you eat and live permanently for permanent results.

    'Dieting' makes you lose weight fast and then once you stop the diet you gain it all back plus extra weight you didn't have before.

    Make sure you have at least 1,200 calories a day. Break it up into 6 small meals of 200-300 calories each. Space the meals 3-4 hours apart.

    Cadio exercise 5 days a week at least in 30 min. - 60 min. sessions. If you skip one, don't freak out about it. Stay motivated.

    Weightlifting every other day! Eat lots of protein, drink only water and Crystal Light Energy, and get enough fiber/calcium.

    You may want to consider taking a multi-vitamin and calcium+vitamind d supplement.

    no diting is not not a perfect way from wich we can lose our wait.

    Because by diting we feel weakness in our body.

    The best way to lose your wait is only running in early morning.

    i know it is difficult but there is no shortcut to lose wait.  

  16. my openion is that dieting is not the correct method of losing weight...daily exercise...control the food..i.e..dont eat very fatty food,daily early morning wake up, runing daily,,or walk.do some physical exercise...automatically...losing the weight..dont eat snacks food..

  17. For losing weight, the following aspects have to be taken care of or kept in mind:-

    (1) Regular physical exercise is necessary or one has to join some Yoga classes.

    (2) Over eating should be stopped. i.e. eat only three times a day. Fill half the stomach will solid. Fill quarter stomach with liquid. Keep quarter stomach empty. Take nutritious, balanced and regulated food.

    (3) Avoid eating fatty substances or excess calories.

  19. well dieting does not reduce the content of the ldl that u take in its actually takin the oil produced from the plants that have the power to produce the ldls but rather we humans cannot digest the high amt of ldl so i would say that u should control your intake of oils esp plant oils and moreover i would suggest you to use rice vran oil which is concerned to be pretty good in that one aspect

  24. no,because you cant be on any diet for life. weight management is like a marriage you cant divorce at all,you have to toil as long as you exist to keep it acceptable...The only approach to deal with excess body fat is to do cardio and toning/sculpting exercises either 5 or 6 days weekly & eat 5 small healthy meals a day...1 or 2 cheat meals a week is fine...avoid fastfoods,sugary drinks and junk foods...dont do any silly diets,You cant diet for life!There is no other way to stay slim for the rest of your life...good luck

  27. It depends on what you mean by dieting. I don't think these fad diets are any good, but if you are changing your ways of eating to healthy foods then yes. Diet correctly and exercise is important and the right way to do it.

I think it depends on your age if you are under 17 ,don't worry when you go to collage you will thin because the hard work and life, and if you like some sports such as basketball, ping-pong and so on. do it!!!    To tell the truth,I'm a big fat,but I think it's nothing don'y worry your weight too much keep happy is moreimportant
