Vanessa Ann seems to still be on Disney despite her naughty pictures.

But Hannah Montana [the show] has been sued.

If the lawsuit is successful and the show gets off the air, she might pursue a style other than "Thank God For Everything".

Miley wasn't fired.

She has too big of a fan base, and Disney is getting a lot of money and attention with Hannah Montanna, so it will have to be something HUGE for her to be fired ( so that means something worse)

But I believe Disney did talk to her and gave her a warning about the pictures and told her that if she did more then she would be fired. But that could just be a rumor also.
