Is disorderly conduct considered a "crime" in Georgia and is it a felony? i have no idea.

if you were asked on a job application.. have you ever been convicted of a felony and had disorderly conduct before.. would you have to write Yes??

  1. It's a crime, but it's not a felony. It's a misdemeanor.

    Therefore, you can honestly answer "no" on job applications.


  2. You would know for sure if you'd been convicted of a felony - you can get charged with felony disorderly conduct if that conduct included a firearm. Usually prosecutors going that route will go the misdemeanour path.

  3. either way say no on the application
