  1. Biodiversity is the diversity of animals in a given area.  If there are many different species of animals in an area, then it is very diverse.  If only one species is in an area, then it is not a biodiverse location.

Diversity of environment is a measure of many different factors in one environment.  While biodiversity can be one factor of diversity of environment, environmental diversity covers much more than just animals.  Environmental diversity covers plant life, and even the diversity of the ecosystem of the environment.  It measures how diverse the environment is by things such as how many different habitation types are there in the environment.

So Diversity of Environment is a broad measure of a reagion, while biodiversity applies just to animals in a specific region.

    Good Luck

  2. Biodiversity == diversity of of animals , plants and other living organisms in a given area

Environmental diversity == diversity of weather and climate of given area

  3. Not really; the term 'biodiversity' refers to the variety of different species, and communities of species, within a given area.
