  1. Sure, it can be, but it can also be a sign of a lot of other things, too.  Get to your doctor and find out.

  2. Dizziness can be caused by alot of things. You mention you are having no ear problems----none that you are aware of, just because you can not feel any ear discomfort does not mean there is not a problem with-in the inner ear that you can not detect.

You may be anemic, you do not say how old you are or if you have the dizziness all the time or just at certain times.

It could be a sign of a drug or food reaction, have you taken any different drugs or eaten any certain type of food lately that you usually do not. You may need to drink more fluids, hydrate yourself.

Have you been hit on the head with anything lately?

Do you abuse drugs or alcohol?

These are somethings you should ask yourself.

Yes dizziness can be a sign of a stroke or a mini-stroke

(TIA) but I really do not think this is the issue in your case,

If this has been a problem with you and it is including other unfamiliar symptoms for you I would suggest to call the doctor and go in and have this issue checked out.

    Hope this has helped .

  3. yes it is you might want to check with your doctor. dizziness can be a sign of many things so hopefully your doctor can take some tests and see whats up! good luck! feel better
