  1. i do that 10 times a day

  2. yea just make sure u arent to close to the wall or nething for the ball to hit off of

  3. for bumping it is because you learn how to control the ball better

for serving, i'd say it's better as a warm-up for your arm. serving with a net is always best, but if you don't have that then yes the wall is good

  4. Yes, this is really good! Keep doing that!

  5. yes. also try doing bump, set, spike against the wall. And when you serve make sure that your far back enough and hit it high enough. Pick a spot on the wall that seems a little higher than the net and try and aim there everytime

    hope this helps!!!

  6. yeah-just make sure your far enough from the wall that you can tell if it would be high enough to go over the net, also setting against a wall a few times in a row is helpful

  7. I think it's excellent practice. You should definitley aim for a spot on the wall. That's just like spot serving, and passing to the setter!

    GR8 Question!

  8. yeah and you can also set against the wall.

  9. yeah but its better to practice with a friend but if theres no one to practice with i practice on the wall outside my house or on the wall of my basement.
