  1. No. For a leaner variant substitute the smashed up sheeps skull that is donner meat and swap with grilled, diced lean lamb. The salad and pitta are fine but watch the sauces as they can be suprisingly fatty.

  2. i would think so! its processed meat! i once got told it was horse haha! hope its not

  3. YES VERY HEALTHY

  4. Absolutely not healthy the meat in lamb or mutton slices wrapped with spices and added fats around a spit. Sometimes reclaimed meat is used. It is very fatty and calorific. However they do say a little of what you fancy. I wouldnt eat it more than a couple of times a year though.

  5. If you ate that even just once a week you'd soon pound the weight on and maybe give yourself a heart attack...its OK when your going to the seaside for a treat or something.

  6. It's very tasty. I would not make it my main food source though. Perhaps eat something else several days out of the week, then a donor on the weekend,

  7. It depends what it has been cooked in. If it was cooked in hydrogenated fat then that is very unhealthy and should only be ate on your death bed. beacause that fat will slowly kill you.

But other than that one or two a week wouldnt hurt with lots of salad of course.

And make sure it says donar at the start so you know that your not getting a dog instead of lamb lol. Chicken kebabs are yummy

  8. no

  9. Supposed to be lamb

  10. They say it is Lamb, but I have heard it may be Horse!!!

It's not all that healthy for ya, as it's full of fat!

I wouldn't recommend it for a healthy diet regime.

  11. i thought every one knew it was an elephants leg !

  12. ummmmmmmmmmm no Doner kebab is NOT healthy, the meat is all the left over meat right down to the bone, all the fat squashed together, maybe you should try a lamb shish kebab, this would be better as it is fresh cuts of meat and will be grilled

  13. Yes very healthy with all that salad...pmsl, it's made with only the finest cuts of 100% prime lamb meat......NOT.

  14. its not too healthy, its pretty greasy and will clog you up.. i think its lamb

  15. Its usually lamb but could be anything, cow, horse, snake, cat, dog, pigeon, human.

    LoL

Yes they are good for you they count as 2 of your five a day due to all the "gorgeous" salad in them.

    enjoy

  16. The meat is pretty fatty and the sauces would have alot of fat.  A better option might be chicken souvlaki or falafel.
