No, but there are brands that are. The dark varieties of Endangered Species chocolate are vegan, as are Dagoba, Green & Black's (well they used to be, anyway, check ingredients since they were bought out by Cadbury,) and some other high-quality brands.

No it isn't and Mars co. tests on animals anyway.
