Is downloading Torrent Video Games Illegal??? ?

I have a buddy that has over 100 video games downloaded on his computer and he said there all torrent files he downloaded. Is that illegal or what?

no dude, u can download game from internet and play em. it not illegal no one care what u download unless u download FBI,goverment file ets.

Yep, its illegal. But you can always try a game before you buy it. If you download any games from torrent and like it, then be a good dude and buy the original.

But if the game sucked then say praises to the torrent fellas that they saved you from buying a crappy game.

It's only illegal if those games are not public domain. My guess is that most of them are not.

I say not always because there are some sites like fileradar where you can download games for  free, but torrent files and 100 of them? Definitely illegal.
