no doubt dravid is a great player. There are many cricketers in world cricket who proved themselves best. So u can't call a player best cricketer, u can say he is one of the best cricketer in world cricket.

Mention Rahul Dravid and the words The Wall come instinctively to your mind. Rahul Dravid is no ordinary wall though. Every wall must come down with time but the wall the Indian personifies is a wall not made of bricks and mortar but steely determination and resolve, desire and courage, and boundless human spirit. This is a wall that is moving from strength to strength, growing in stature and magnificence, its foundations getting tougher and going deeper with each passing day as it lends invaluable support to a nation and its billion hopes. Rahul Dravid does not signify the wall that just stands there and faces, holding up one end (as his critics initially believed) but one which strikes back, harder for every blow you inflict on it, each punch hurting more than the other. He is the wall of a fort, not only resisting but also attacking, the reason behind the glory and pride of the empire, the various battles won and conquests made.

Rahul Dravid is the best batsman everrrr, he is just awesomeeeee, just look at his coverdrives, pull shots, cut shots, straight drives, Forward defence- he is a maestro,

he is an artist with a bat, he is a selfless cricketer, the most selfless cricketer ever, produced by India or the world.

What a team man- yaar, he never thinks about personal glory, he always thinks for goodwill of the team, thats why he is such a great player, the greatest.

and even after acheiving this much in his career, he remains so humble:-

" I haven't gone out of my way to

live up to a certain image

I try to be the person I am, don't

continuosly try being a rolemodel"

Thats what he says- truly humility to the core, thats what makes him so special.

Give him any bowling attack and he will flatten them- using his grit , determination , courage and discipline.

just look at the time when he was dubbed as a test player- people were asking him to practice his off- spin, so as to get selection into the team, - he could have just given it up- saying, that the world is against him or he could have tried harder- he chose the second path, and he continued to practice, harder and harder- undying grit and determination.

and he grew to be the greatest batsman ever, scoring over 10000 runs in both formats of the game,

"I always treat nets as a match. Driving and edging in the nets is not okay with me. " - thats what he says.

he is a rolemodel and a great one at that. Its because of our luck , he chose the second path.

Yes he is a good cricketer coz he was the person who lifted the RC from shame it was his effort that made the team to score atleast 3 victories of all games played so far!

Hes an excellent cricketer ofcourse a good captain!He's a skillful and dedicated player who's effort cant be a regret!

In ODIs he is 29th. Now where does that say he is the best cricketer? Only a child could ask this question, truly.
