I  don't remember reckless driving being part of my driving test.

There are tracks you can go to for this and check out like minded people doing the same.

You do it on the street the public will not be to happy, on the track then the response maybe something like Yeh Baby!!!

yes it is legal i did it 10 minutes ago in a 1974 amc gremlin with a spoiler and apc exhaust and a 1372.5 cubic inch motor and fuzzy dice soo boo yah
