Is drinking 125 ounces of water a day to much?

You're only supposed to drink HALF your weight in water.  So if you weighed 120 lbs, you would drink about 60 oz.  However, I've heard recently that it's really not necessary to even drink that much, especially if you eat alot of foods like fruits and veggies that contain alot of water.  Our bodies naturally absorb water from food.  Also, drinking too much water can be dangerous so don't go too crazy.

  3. You are good if you drink your weight in oz of water.

    ie..125lbs = 125oz


  4. Unless you have a medical condition that you have been advised to limit your intake of water, you should be fine as long as that water is spaced out over the day.

  5. I do not think so, but it depends on how much you weigh.

  6. No.  You must spend a lot of time in the bathroom, though ;)
