The sun is shining, got good music is playing, my partner is not due home from work for another hour....

I opened a bottle of cheap cider because I just really fancy it. But I'm feeling guilty and dreading her coming home cause she will know I've had a drink.

Am I in the wrong??

  1. no if you don't do it often i mean i love to have some wine and just relax inside my condo with some good jazz songs that are playing on the radio and just relaxing to the sound of music

  2. Heck NO!

I love having a beer or glass of wine when I come home from work, just to chill out.  Now if you're drinking a 6 pack of beer every night, that's another thing.  But it's not like you're getting wasted on your own! :)

  3. drink one for me.....   :)

  4. Not at all Enjoy

  5. No you're not in the wrong. There's nothing wrong with having a cocktail before your mate comes home. Just so long you're not drunk to the extreme and acting stupid, and it's not an everyday thing.

  6. don't feel guilty because you drank.  its alright.

  7. No its normal to want to enjoy a drink or two or three by yourself. As long as its not something that occurs daily and is a necessity. At times I will have a couple of jack and cokes for the heck of it when im alone. Its a good way to unwind after a long day.. or when your waiting for someone to come home it kills time lol. BUT like I said as long as its not a regular activity that occurs daily because if so your partner might need to get ya into AA.

  8. No your not wrong. Theres nothing wrong with having a drink or two by yourself. Go for it!!!

  9. NO, If she gets mad thats just wrong....

  10. No! Drink away, just so long as you offer her one when she gets home!

  11. h**l no!! You are just fine. Hec, I drink without my spouse everyday. He doesn't mind because he says I'm more relaxed and nicer when I've had a few before he gets home.

  12. Nah. As long as you don't get drunk everything should be ok.

  13. nope it's always good to enjoy your own company....and you don't have to share your booze...hehehe

  14. Wrong for drinking it...no.

    Wrong for feeling quilty...yes.

You're an adult and adults are allowed to consume what they wish.

  15. no not at all! have fun
