Is drinking hose water bad for you?

yes, i drink from it but is sometimes OK by what kind of hose it is ,but other hoses have bugs that goes in  it and other germs and stuff

well its better if you get water from the store in bottles.

The only issue is the cleanliness of the the hose.  But once the water has run through it, it's clean, well enough.  it's the same water that's coming from your kitchen sink, just not going through the water softener (or filters if you have them) But it is considered potable

Assuming your hose is connected to the mains and not something like a garden water barrel, probably no worse than the water from your kitchen tap, so no.

Hoses are kind of rubbery and degrade in the sun and might give the water a tang! Also they heat up in the sun.... :)

May not taste great, but most of us grew up drinking it!

Not the best idea. But if you need to use it they sell hoses for RV campers.Simple way to know if its ment for drinking ....they are white in color

I sure hope not. I have been drinking it for 38 years with no problems yet.
