I heard that Mineral Water is good for digestion and can it cure digestive problems?

And is it bad if you drink mineral water if your stomach is empty?

    If you drink something that is de-mineralized, such as distilled waters, you will create an acid pH in your stomach and intestines. You will be prone to have heartburn and aggravate acid reflux.

    And no, it is not bad for you to drink mineral water on an empty stomach.  In fact, the Japanese believe drinking water on an empty stomach is good for your health.  However, be sure to check with your doctor first before trying something new.
