    if youre exercising in the sun then you need more water then someone who stays indoors.

  8. Naturally..........Drinking with less water is not good for health...........one should drink with ratio 1:6 with 6 as water..............so drink with more water n njoy!!!!!!!!!!

    I drink around 3.5 litre a day, that about 15 glasses . but minimum 8 glasses per day is required to be healthy.

    i am nurse and i ca say that drinking too much water can make a porblem to ur kidney! Much water is about 10 litres per day!

    I drink about 4 litres a day and i live in germany !

    so if ur in india where it is very hot and sunny u should drink a bit more...

    drinking water is very gud for ur health

    it throws out all the bad stuff (hindi: Zéher) outof ur body!

  11. everybody must drink 4 to 5 litres of water  a day.but u must drink only if u can.but if u can and drink 4 to 5 ltrs of water,then in a month ,see how your skin becomes amazing.

    iam a school going girl .iam in 9th std and i take 2 ltrs of water. i finish drinking it and at home i drink 1 or 2 litres.it depends on the weather.so minimum 2 and maximum 4.

    people say 2 drink 4 to 8 cups a day.thats never enough

    Water intoxication (also known as hyperhydration or water poisoning) is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain function that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside of safe limits by water.[1] Normal, healthy (both physically and nutritionally) individuals have little to worry about accidentally consuming too much water. Nearly all deaths related to water intoxication in normal individuals have resulted either from water drinking contests, in which individuals attempt to consume more than 3 gallons of water over the course of just a few minutes, or long bouts of intensive exercise during which electrolytes are not properly replenished, yet massive amounts of fluid are still consumed.

  18. Yes it is.  Just like the simley face chick said it's called water intoxication and it is very dangerous.  It causes your cells to explode.  I used to work in a drug treatment facility and the residents used to do it.  They did it because they were so desperate to get high.

    because that includes water found in all drinks and most foods

    this one girl drowned herself. she was in a water drinking contest and drank a bunch of gallons of it i think(not sure how much) but because she didnt pee it out, she drowned.

  22. we usually drink how much our body needs. unless it is for some bet or competition.water consumption depends on the seasons. in summer u sweat ,so u tend to drink more. it is good to drink water when u feel thirsty or feel the need of water. your body knows better.  satisfy its needs. early morning it is very good to drink 2 glasses of water in your empty stomach. it cleanses your system.

Yes, you can drink too much water.  In a healthy body, water and some very important electrolytes are in balance.  When you drink too much water, that balance shifts because the excess water flushes out those important electrolytes.  This imbalance becomes increasingly dangerous as more water is consumed.   In general, 6-8 glasses of water per day is good; if you're out running in the sun, you'll need more, but not "gallons" more.  Also, if you feel like you're going to go heavy on the water, keep a bag of potato chips, or some salty snack, handy.  That will replace some of the salt you'll be flushing out.  Electrolyte drinks, like Gatorade, replenish electrolytes, but with lots of extra calories, so keep that in mind. Therefore, drinking to much water can be dangerous.
