This question is pertaining to non-alcoholic drinks. I drink a lot, almost always have a glass of either water, orange juice, diet soda, iced tea, hot tea, or coffee by me. I was just wondering if it is unhealthy for someone to drink often?

  1. It's actually much safer to drink beer than soda or coffee...simply cuz both soda or coffee may contain too much sugar which goes straight to your teeth and cause cavities..plus they're both stimulants which is bad for your blood pressure and when on the other hand beer or wine,(excluding any hard liquor), can actually kill unnecessary bacteria thats in your system and its not bad for your liver unless you abuse it.
