For about 2 years now I drink water all the time. I have a water bottle in class with me at school. at lunch, at reces, when i go home i always have a cup of water with me. I dont drink much juice or milk. I know its good to drink about 8 bottles of water a daya nd it can do alot for your skin and health. But is this too much? or just the right amount. If i can estimate i'd say i fill up my bottle atleast like 10 to 15 times.
