Is drinking urine good for you ?

I'm not going to drink my urine or anything. I'm just curious.

i think it can give u kidney failure or some kind of kidney problems...but i cant be sure

I don't think it would be good for you considering it's your "waste" and what your body doesn't need. So if your body is getting rid of it, it's probably not wise to put it back into your system. I guess to drink it is your last resort if you're

that dehydrated and water is completely out of reach.

But then again not everything is absorbed by your body so I guess it's a chance for passed hormones, minerals, vitamins, and amino acids to be reused.

Your OWN urine is STERILE to YOU... but I still wouldn't drink it or put it in my eyes and I don't care WHAT the Chinese or the Indians say.

It may surprise everyone, but in the European nations, it is considered healthy to drink one's own urine, sort of like a health supplement. I think that I would just as soon be a little sick, myself.
