I recently bought a 1999 chevy cavalier z24 from my sister and it has a brand new engine. I'm just wondering if driving 360 miles with blizzak snow tires on is ok. I will be driving about 360 miles today and back the next day. theyve been on the car all summer and they seem fine.

  1. ya they sure are fine buddy.but snow tires produce more friction with the ground.thus they drink up more fuel.and more fue means u r producin more carbon di oxide and u r poluting the planet.so please change the wheels and save our planet and ur wallet

  2. If they don't have studs (metal pins) in them, you will probably be fine, other than reducing your traction a bit, a lot of people run snow tires year around.  Studded tires are illegal in most states in the summer time.

  3. You will be fine, drive safe.
