No-not at all. Just becareful that your cheeks don't flap out of control- I assume you mean "on a motorcycle" right?

In the USA in every place I know of, yes.

Only if someone sees you and reports you.  Most truckers won't report you if you are a woman driving alone.  But if you're a man holding the wrong stickshift---if you know what I mean--then most likely you will have the cops on your butt.

Make sure you have clothes to change into when you get OUT of the car.  Indecent exposure is something that not just photographers are found negligent of.

unless you are out on a back-woods country road, I am pretty sure this is probably frowned upon and could be construed as hazardous driving and probably reckless endangerment of others.  (for obvious reasons)
