Is drug test mandatory for students?

How much will it cost and is it reasonable to held drug test in all schools?

I  think it was mandatory for sports person . If a student is a sports person it will be mandatory for him. General students dont have to go through drug-test.

      But , I , personally think that seeing the menace of drug in the students today, it should be made mandatory to put them to such test.

That is all left up to each individual district, but there is no federal or state laws out there that i'm aware of.

not at this time. I believe athletes are the exception and this is currently being addressed in the courts as a questionable discriminatory policy. Watch your papers and other references to see what comes of this.

I think it is only allowed for students who are playing sports.
