  1. yah you can sell easily on ebay.

  2. you just make a pic and ad. if you spend some money you can make your ad stand out more with more pics, bold font, etc... but it can all ad up. people usually pay thru paypal and its usually instant or u gotta wait a day or two for it to go into your bank account.

  3. eBay is relatively easy. Basically, yes, you take photos (GOOD photos that show detail, are not blurry, lighting is good, etc.), upload them, write a detailed description, fill out category, shipping information, payment information, and other simple forms, then wait, usually, 7 days.

Using eBay is a great way to rid yourself of unwanted items, but be aware that not everything is going to sell. You should do some research and find out what similar items are selling for on eBay before listing, if you actually want a chance to make any money.

As far as eBay sending you a check, that isn't what happens. Whoever bids the highest will send you money via whatever options you choose to accept. PayPal is highly recommended and fastest. Also note that you will have to pay eBay in order to list something in the first place. How much is all depending on the options you choose for your listing.

In order for your item to be seen, you should make sure to get the word out about your auction, otherwise it is just swimming in a sea of auctions unless it is a unique and/or well collected item. You can also pay more to have your item featured more prominently. This is also where having a great eBay status comes in handy. Also with the way eBay has been changing rules lately, positive feedback is crucial to sell.

I promise it really is easy to sell on eBay, given you take the time and energy to read and do it, but if it is too overwhelming, I suggest going to a third party eBay drop off store with a good reputation in life and on eBay. You may have to pay more but it is worth it if your item is worth a lot and will get more coverage.

  4. you got it ! Except that instead of a check you sign up for paypal it is like a debit/credit card and gives you the freedom of instant payment . Both ways.

    Good Luck

  5. yeah.

  6. Yeah, basically that is it.  eBay will walk you through it...very easy.  Most people go the PayPal route these days...it is better than waiting for a check...paypal allows "echecks" now as well as credit cards...so it goes very fast now.
