Is eBay and paypal safe to use?

i was just wandering if ebay and paypal is safe to use. full info please.

and do they take debit cards? im not alloud to use credit :)

Yes it is very safe. I use it as well. More people use paypal then people who don't. It's a better choice to have it. There really is no reason not to have it
