It is 100% tax free.

Zakat (i.e. alms applicable to all muslims) has nothing to do with tax or any other deductions.

Those who pay the social security it is doubled with the same amount by the employer and after 120 payment/decutions i.e. 10 years of continuous deductions; the concerned employee or his wife receives the pension for their whole life.

That payment is done through the NY banks, it is flawless and good. I know the persons who received it.
