Yeah it is. I have bought shoes and some clothes from them and they have a good return policy. They have been around with the paper catalog even before the internet was big.

Absolutely YES!!  My high school baseball and basketball teams ordered thru Eastbay...they're a bit expensive, but you can't beat their selection.
