Is eathing this for breakfast ok?

Ok, I figured out when to eat for workouts. Before cardio eat a bfast with carbs about 30 min before but with strength training eating 30 min after will keep my metabolism up. Well, my bfast is usually special k w/ soy milk, half a banana and half a bagel. Is this ok to eat before and after a workout? (depending on what type)

  1. ya to me that seems like a really good breakfast!  just make sure that you're eating breakfast regularly!

  3. Yes it should be ok. U could also try yoghurt or pasta (with no sauce) as they are both good healthy foods.

  4. Most nutritionist I have read say you should eat yogurt for breakfast to get you metabolism going.
