Is eating 20 mcnuggets from mcdonalds about once a week really bad for me.?

  1. yeah.  try to limit yourself a little more.  depends some on your age, and whether you are actually counting that as meat, or junk food.  If you count it as junk food, and skip it someplace else, you're probably not too bad off.

    Fast food is all bad for you in high quantities.

    But do you know what's in a McDonalds McNugget"

    Well it is only 44% chicken. The rest is preservatives, chicken fat, salt (twice as much as you body needs per day) and the rest is cheap corn (to bind the mixture together).

    If you ate McNuggests regularly you would have an 70% greater chance for a HEART ATTACK than if you did NOT eat them.

    So what to do ?  Enjoy a couple once in a while but remember that the enemies of AMERICAN'S health are

                                              Salt

                                              Sugar

                                              Animal fats

    But not that many  (or any) McNuggets is really good for you.

    It's like eating a whole bunch of doughnuts that our wonderful policemen are always accused of eating.

    Much better to eat a stalk of celery or an apple or a granola bar which of course are not as tasty as McNuggets.

    Bad food always tastes great because they contain lots of artery clogging FAT, lots of immune system killer SUGAR, lots of great tasting artery hardening SALT or useless cabohydrates that don't build muscle or supply the body with necessary vitamins and nutriments .

    You've asked a great question and I suspect you really care for your body's health but have become, as you say "addicted" to a poor diet item.

    I hope you are strong-willed enough to break this habit. Something tells me you WILL DO JUST THAT !

  12. fast food is fattening and has a lot of preservatives and junk in it.it isnt good for your body but i am guilty of enjoying it way more than once a week so i cant be a hypocrite and say dont eat it just try to keep a hold on how mmuch

  13. not really, its about 3 a day, so more like 1 in the morning, afternoon, and night. but it is fast food, but then again, you do it is not that much
