Is eating 5-6 pieces of fruit a day fattening?

I love fruit and eat it as a snack. At what point does eating too much of it become fattening? bananas, plums, melon, peaches, figs, mangos, etc

  2. Some fruits can be fattening but I think eating 5 a day won't make you put on too much weight.

  3. Although fruit is great for us, try not going overboard, especially with mangos, they're very fattening. Do your 5 - 9 a day, mix in some veg with them as well. I don't know where you're at? In America, we're at 9 a day, in the UK, they suggest 5 per day. I do about 10 daily, fruit and veg  :)
