Is eating 5 eggs for breakfast a good breakfast?

i dont have any natural peanut butter so icant make a protein shake

is 5 eggs good enough?

  1. If you are just eating egg whites, no problem. Whether fats are your friend or not, the fat in eggs is not "good fat" like the fat in peanut butter is. Nut Fats are primarily unsaturated and monounsaturated at that; that kind of fat has been proven to be very healthy for you heart, and helpful in getting and maintaining a low body fat, however the protein in nuts is poorly absorbed and not complete ( containing all essential amino acids). Eggs do have more absorb-able protein than any other food, and in this regard are considered the gold standard of protein; however, once again, the fat as well as the cholesterol in the yolk are considered mildly problematic.

    Try to keep it at two yolks a day or under- yolks do contain some healthy vitamins and minerals that help you out, and there is some controversy over whether the cholesterol in eggs really raises blood cholesterol levels, but still, The American Heart Association recommends no more than one whole egg a day. You're young and healthy, so why not double it to two.

  5. i think 5 eggs is a little to much and eggs make you fuller then you really are. try splitting your meals to smaller ones

  6. Daily consumption of 4-5 eggs is more then sufficient. better if you limit to 2 eggs.

  7. ur building mass..u dont got the peanut butter whats rong with having the eggs i just ate 2 whole eggs and 5more whites though i couldnt stomach that many whole eggs but if u can..i dont see why not eggs are good for u it's like 30g fat and 30g protein right there if that's what ur looking for then have it

  9. No. You should be balancing out your breakfast with food groups, not just alot of one thing. Do more research.
