i'm 6'8, 17, 10.2% fat and 203 lbs, and i eat 7000 calories a day on average, is this bad for me..? i don't gain fat from it, i do put on muscle though.

Most of them are healthly caloies, but i do eat some chocolate and saturated fat, just a bit though.

And if it helps every day i run 6km and row for 30 minutes, i go to the gym 4 times a week and have basketball practise 3 times, i do plyometrics twice a week and i do 3 dragonboat trainings a week.

Is that bad for me even though i don't put on fat..?

  1. Um...if I were you, I'd go down to 2500-3500 calories...just to be safe.

  2. I am no doctor just a fellow athlete and as long as you are burning the calories and not eating fatty foods that will affect your arteries your all good man.  Keep up the hard work.

  3. well sounds to me if u are doing that much training.. u need all those calories!

it does seem like alot, but u need alot of calories for what u are doing.. that is alot of work there..

u know what u are doing.. and u know what your body needs.. so keep to what u are doing..

if u start getting a stomach.. then u know u have to reduce your calories..

  4. duh......thats way too fat for a 17 year old 7000 calories!!!!!! thats enought for 5 r 6 people
