Is eating a doublecheeseburger for breakfast a healthy way to start the day?

  1. Eating a double cheeseburger at any time is not healthy.  But man are they good.  Eating anything for breakfast is better than not eating at all.  A study showed that people who ate something in a.m. (healthy or even if it was chocolate cake) did better on tests then people who skipped breakfast.


  2. If you substitute the apple slices with fries and substitute the OJ with a x-large coke/pepsi then yes it would be a Great way to start the day.

  10. No not really, especailly if you are having a test that day, tests show that junk food warp mind waves so you will forget facts that you need to know. Try some cerial instead.

Well if you are going to have a double cheeseburger during the day, it may as well be first thing in the morning.  Then you will have the whole day to work the calories off.  When I was a kid, my mom use to do reverse days where we would have dinner food for breakfast, and pancakes for dinner.   It was fun and didn't cause any harm.

Now i think i no wat your talkin bout....(soundz like mcdonaldz) if itz not oj and appleslices are good but the double cheese burger..i would move a side..now that nasty...it wont make your brain fucsion as well..and i no it has cheese but still so go alone with milk bacon eggs toast ceral..healthy stuff

  28. I ate single cheeseburgers and fries with a coke every day for breakfast for about three months, a couple of years ago. I'm not sure if it was the healthiest way to start the day, but it's not like the rest of my day was any healthier, I'd usually eat another cheeseburger and fries for my other meal of the day, and I'd drink a twenty sixer of wiser's deluxe to myself. Now I'm talking every day, for about three months, and I didn't die now did I. I'm not gonna say it was the healthiest lifestyle, but overall I don't think it did too much damage, and you only live once! (I must say, I did gain about twenty pounds over those few months, which i have never lost)
