Is eating fast food really that bad??

lets say form a Big Mac meal whats the worst of the 3 pieces? i think the fries and the pop dont u think??? the sandwich shouldnt be that bad or is it?..

  3. EEEEEEEWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! 2 MANY CALORIES!!!! I ONLY EAT FAST FOOD ONCE EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS. I ALWAYS EAT HEALTHY FOOD AND I EXERCISE 5 TIMES A WEEK, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, FOR 6 1/2 HOURS. I AM 15 1/2 AND I ONLY WEIGH 92 POUNDS!!! I AM REALLY SKINNY AND REALLY PRETTY!!!! I HAVE BLACK STRAGHT HAIR THAT REACHES 2 MY WAIST AND I HAVE EYES THAT CHANGE COLOR EVERYDAY OR BY MOOD. AND THE LAST TIME I ATE SOMETHIN THAT IS UNHEALTHY WAS 6 1/3 MONTHS AGO!!!! AND NOW THE ROOM IS SPINNING!!!!

  5. Yes. They have like so much calories in them. They take like so much of your limited calories away. Eating half is no problem though, but you should eat McDonalds once every two months. Eat it like every day, your going to go over weight

    Go to "My pyramid plan" and enter your age and w.e they ask you. It will come up with a plan of what you should eat and not should eat and your calorie limitation to stay healthy =)

  6. Did you see supersize me? This guys body was falling apart after eating McDonalds for 30 days. Its full of fat. A meal deal regular size has as much fat and calories as you should have in an entire day. Not to mention the high sugar that is in pop and the grease that the fries are fried in.

  8. Here is the deal, it is NOT bad for you in MODERATION.  Fast food is easy and very convenient and I must say at times very yummy but it should not be the main part of your diet.  Use it as an occasional thing when you're in a hurry or maybe traveling.

    The whole thing about fast food making people fat is about those who choose to eat it 3-4 times a week, daily maybe even more than once a day.

    Use your good judgment and you'll be fine.  

    Go and enjoy your Big Mac and don't feel guilty.

  10. I don't think that it is really a problem unless you are eating it all the time.  Even 3 to 4 times a week shouldn't be a problem as long as you are somewhat active.  The biggest problem actually is the sugary drinks.  Instead of having a soda, have iced tea (unsweetened, of course).

  12. It's everything; if the meat was relatively lean and not full of hormones/steroids, preservatives and other fun things, then it would be fine.

    Same with pretty much everything there; too many preservatives, additives, and other "c**p".  Tack on way too much high fructose corn syrup in almost everything plus hydrogenated (trans) fats, and you're pretty much killing yourself.

    Look, there's nothing wrong with a burger and some fries; but you can do a lot better (tastier, healthier) than McDonalds.
