  1. Yes, it can break, fracture and chip teeth, it is much to hard to chew...Chew gum.....

  2. if you have braces, yes it can knock of a bracket.

    if you don't

it can hurt the enamel (the white part) of your teeth. it's possible you can chip a tooth. if you just suck on it, that's perfectly safe.

  3. DO NOT CHEW ICE.

    WHY NOT?

THIS CAUSE MICOFRACTURES IN ENAMEL AND THIS CAN TURN INTO LARGER AND DEEPER CRACKS LEADING TO BROKEN TEETH.

  4. i dont think so but if u have braces then yeah it is bad for u because u can brake a bracket. but i eat ice all the time because its fun and cold and my teeth are perfect

  5. Yes because ice damages the teeth. Many people habitually chew on ice, which can cause gum injuries or even broken teeth. The fractures will either break off the tooth or makes them more inclined to decay also makes teeth more sensitive to cold. Makes the enamel wear away and the bottom line is, do not chew ice! If you find it difficult to stop the habit, contact your physician.
