  1. It depends on a lot of factors: 1) What's your body type? 2) What else do you eat during the day? 3) How is your energy level after you eat this meal? 4) How much excercise do you get?

It's really important to vary your diet and your caloric intake.  Your body needs variety to be able to have some kind of self-regulation.  All in all though, it doesn't seem like a bad meal. (I'm no expert, though)

  2. Basically No, you need to eat everyday. However that combination might bore you to death in 20 years. Sorry, just kidding.

I'm sure we all have something to add to this but maybe you are already the best person to answer this question? You would know if your lunch is causing you discomfort or weight gain.

I would go with something more healthy than potato chips along with your sandwich. The saturated fat your consuming from the potato chips adds up in your system over time and causes all kinds of ailments. Try swapping those for a piece of fruit or vegetable. Fruits and vegetables will help clean out the saturated fat too.

  3. The two bags of chips might be, but eating something every day is not that bad.

Farmers used to eat meat and potatoes every single day and they were healthier than most of the people today.

If it works for you, enjoy it. I eat sushi about 5 times a week for lunch.

  4. No, not really. If you're trying to lose weight, it is better to change up your diet.

I wouldn't say it's "bad" for you though.

Altho, I'd cut the chips to one bag.

  5. its not a good diet no you should change the chips to homemade popcorn with no topping or something
