Is ebay a good work at home job?

i seen this advertising thing on tv, about how people are making 100,000 dollars a yr and more.... can you really make that much money selling stuff on ebay? is it easy?

To make that much on EBay you will either have to shop a lot of garage sales and re-sale stores AND while at these places find crazy good bargains OR you'll have to buy wholesale lots of items to re-sell.  You could also start a business in which you sell items for other people and simply take a percentage of their sales.

You'll pay listing fees as well as a fee based on the final value of the item you sell.  You will also need a steady supply of shipping supplies and a very reliable internet connection.  

Is it easy?  Well, the actual process of creating a listing is relatively easy.  If you're rather tech-savvy I'm sure you'd find it very easy.  Record keeping is a necessity if you're treating this as a business as you will have tax consequences and pristine records are a must.

Can you make that much money?  YES.  Is it easy - to sell, yes, to make that much money?  Not really.
