Is ebay stuff all used things??

Both new and used...Usually the seller will indicate if it is brand new right in the title to draw you to their product versus the next guys but if you click on a product link there's usually a description placed right under the product picture labeled "Item Specifics" and there they have a "Condition" tab where is will say either "New, Still in box!" or "Used"
