Is edifi a scam?

i went to an edifi interview recently its 1,500 to subscribe and 400 a year after that they say they would do all my paper work and find "extra" money from the federal and state but its alot of money for us is it woth it? will i benefit it form it at the end?

There are many companies called Edifi.

I did a search in www.bbb.org. This is a website that will tell you if a company is legitimate or not. It will list all the complaints. When I searched for the company, I received a whole list. I wasn't sure which one you went to. I advice you to check out the page and click on "search for company/business", you type the name and it will give you its database.

Sounds like it's not a scam, but they don't offer much that you couldn't do yourself fairly easily. Talk to your school guidance counselor and to the financial aid department of the schools that you are interested in. There are many people who will help you for free!
