  1. Of course it isn't. Determination is the key to success. Education helps, though. Don't believe me? Ask Adolph Hitler, a high school drop out. Ask Thomas Alva Edison. Ask NASA: it sent men to the moon and back. There were lots of educated scientists working for NASA but they struggled to reach the moon regardless of their education. They succeeded by sheer will power. The people who built the Titanic were educated (engineers). The ship sank. The people who built the Hubble space telescope were educated. Didn't they put the mirror in backwards, which caused all the photos to be blurry and forced NASA to send a special team up to correct the problem? Isn't Bill Gates a college dropout? He invented Microsoft and, really, made computers useable for millions of Americans for the first time. Remember the old DOS system? Ug. You had to type in lines of code to get the computer to do anything. Then Gates and Steve Jobs with Apple gave us windows and mouses and, voila, the internet.

  2. Depends on your definition of education. I believe that education isn't simply what we're taught in school; you can also be well educated in more social aspects of life, such as culture, street smarts, so forth.

If you're talking about traditional education in a school, then yes I still think it's very important. Simple statistics show a higher quality of life for people who are better educated over those who aren't. Not to mention with the transformation into the 'knowledge era' that we're in today, there's no doubt that the more educated a person is, the more useful he or she will be to society and, hence, more successful. One can even extend this argument to say that an educated person can, theoretically, be more capable of happiness, because if they are smarter and better at achieving success in wealth, health, and family, then they would be happier than an uneducated person who makes the wrong decisions in life, eating poorly, and so forth. But this is a pretty broad statement.

Bottom line: Your education is something NO ONE can ever take away from you. You may lose your job, your wife, your kids, your legs, but your education will always be there - and there's nothing someone can do or say to make it go away.

  3. Yes, education is the only key to success - but only self-education. You got to do it spontaneously after some forceful start, and grow accustomed to it. It then becomes your second nature and you will enjoy it so much .

Provided of course, U believe in yourself and Karma - Cause and Results.

  4. Yes education is the secret to success because no matter what you excel at you had to learn how to do it to begin with.  In modern society academic success is often key to success but not always needed!
