Is eel and avocado expensive?

Eel is quite expensive, especially if you buy the ready-to-eat ones.  Avocado may be quite expensive also.  But they're worth it. Go ahead and buy them, they're healthy and taste very good.  You don't have to buy them everyday anyway.

"Unagi" or eel is rather pricey if they're good quality and oily.  I think you'll find unagi in your Asian supermarket.  Avocados are commonly found in your grocery store.  Why not make a CA roll using imitation crab and avocado instead..... still tastes delicious.
