Is egg white cervical mucus always present during ovulation?

I am seeming to not detect ovulation. I am using a clear blue OPK. Cycles are regular and a 24 day cycle. Thanks

some people can ovulate without eggwhite cm being present... that's why something like pre~seed can be helpful

To answer your question, no, egg white cervical mucus is not always present.  I never had it, only wet slippery clear mucus.  If your cycle is 24 days, then you should be ovulating around cycle day 12.  Maybe you are late this cycle, depending on what day in your cycle you are at the moment.
