It's amazing. My family went there once on a buisness trip and we got to see the pyramids. It's insane.

It's interesting enough for a vacation, but be warned, it is HOT there! Added to the fact that's it's summer and you're going to be burning. There aren't that many modern attractions there, but you can visit some museums and pyramids. If you plan on going there, check out Cairo and Alexandria ( 2 major cities) as they are your best bet for a great time. Id think so...hopefully since im supposed to go next spring, think of all the history and all the stuff you could see and learn about. If you have the option to travel the world than go for it.

i heard in a good place to see, but peple i know who have been there say the have a kind of open sewer system and most places smell pretty bad.

depends if you're crazy about those sort of land-marks and people, but like every where else, if you know where the cool stuff/place are, then, it's totally cool. I heard cool stuff people brought back such as their souvenir and very intersting food/people.
